These toasted, shell-on hemp seeds have all the benefits of our heart-healthy hemp hearts, but we've toasted them and left the shell on for added flavor and crunch! Hemp seeds are exceptionally high in omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids. Try sprinkling whole or ground seeds on cereal or yogurt, adding the seeds to smoothies, making hemp milk at home using whole seeds, or use them as a topper on your salad!
