Healthy Wholesome Chia Seeds and Lemon Drink

Chia seeds are considered one of the healthiest foods on earth. They are loaded with health beneficial nutrients mainly fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and various other micronutrients & antioxidants.

1 cup warm water

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup juice of your choice

lemon or lime wedge, optional


  1. Mix the warm water and chia seeds in a tall glass. Still well until the chia seeds are evenly dispersed and start to swell.
  2. Cover and leave in the refrigerator over night.
  3. The next day your chia seeds should be enlarged in size and gelatinous.
  4. Mix juice of choice with chia seed mixture.
  5. You can also squeeze a wedge of lemon or lime once the juice has been stirred.
