Our Coconut Curry Rice Mix combines exotic spices from Southeast Asia and India to create a delectable side for any meal! We blend the sweet creaminess of coconut with the traditional spices of a Masala style curry to bring you the healthiest and most delicious blend of sought-after flavors. All in one easy, time-saving mix!
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in heavy sauce pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup of Coconut Curry Rice and cook, stirring until thoroughly coated, about 5 minutes. Add 1-3/4 cups water or stock (chicken or vegetarian stock recommended) and bring to boil. Lower heat to a simmer, cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and adjust seasoning as necessary.
